  I have been a customer at Aurora/Kingland Ford for over 6 years. The service department is top notch. Fast, friendly and honest. There have been plenty of times when they could have done work then informed me that it wasn't necessary. I feel like these guys want to keep their customers for the long haul. They even detailed my truck a couple of times for free because they had some spare time in the shop that week. I can be a tough customer, and these guys have Earned all 5 stars through my interactions with them on regular maintenance visits and warranty work year after year. Doesn't mean that wont change in the future but my experience with Ford in Yellowknife, to date, has been great.

  The Aurora Ford team is great! The service department is quick to get you in for maintenance, they are very detailed and provide information to ensure you know how to properly take care of your vehicle if you're someone like me who doesn't know too much about vehicles. The management,sales/service staff and shuttle drivers are super friendly, honest and know how to take care of you! They make trade ins easy and quick. Thank you for all you do for us. Great job!!! I highly recommend Aurora Ford.

  Just purchased a new 2018 F-150 was in the process of picking up my 2010 F-150 and thought it might be time for a new vehicle the sales staff were extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and honest...we built a trucked together which they had on the lot and they gave me fair value for my trade-in...will be picking up the new truck tomorrow...very satisfied with the excellent service I received once again...
