  Overall store and staff are nice but the return policy could use improvement. Bought a new pair of trail shoes but after 3 miles realized the shoes were to small. They wouldn't allow me an exchange since the shoes were worn outside. Should have just stuck to buying shoes online.

  Twice they have ruined my bike. Once they smashed apart the free wheel while cassette. (charged me to fix the free wheel)

  When fixing the free wheel, they bent my tire rim. They wanted to charge me for a new tire.

  Air Canada lost our luggage... we took a cab to this place and had the BEST customer service ever. Ariel was a complete and total life saver. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, as well as show us what we should look for in proper winter gear. She even recommended some awesome food places!
