  Me and my girlfriend visited Yellowknife for 3 days with Yellowknife Tours, tour guides Kris, Iris, Verda, and CK. The complete tour was well planned and the team were very accommodating.

  Try avoiding them at all cost. Booked their ice fishing tour, late for 5 mins coz of checking out and they were gone. Even though they have your room number and phone number they don’t bother to call, not even once. Ruin our entire day. When I call to confirm she even accuses you being late for 5 mins, all they can do is full refund no make up plan then you are on your own. Really bad altitude and customer service. Please go to other tour company at all cost.

  The best travel service in Yellowknife. At a reasonable price, this agency takes care of you better than any other in YK. It is hard to join activities in YK if you are travelling alone or in small groups but Yellowknife Tours tried their best to accommodate us when we were there. They might not be the BIGGEST agency in town but they do offer the BEST customer service. P.S. They provide English, Mandarin and Cantonese service!

  Went with these guys for my trip to Yellowknife and did not regret it. They are friendly, cheaper than the competition, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Would highly recommend if you're planning on going to Yellowknife.
