  I can't believe how brutal they treat people here . My car broke down and they didn't let me work on it to get it going and tried to have me towed instead of helping out. The parking lot was completely empty so there was no reason other than them giving me a hard time that I would have to leave. Shameful goof that works there...Billy ...what a joke.

  I'm from Inuvik and was in Yellowknife today, when I received a text message from my wife that the gas cap for our old van was lost. I called the NAPA store from my hotel room - and the guy at the store (sorry but didn't get his name) quickly told me they had one in stock. I asked him to hold it for me and I would get it on the way to the airport in the morning as I was flying home that day. They did one better - the guy quickly calculated the cost for the cap, and brought it to me here at the hotel. This is the epitome of customer service ... and I greatly appreciated that. I will continue to call them when I need parts in the future. Excellent job done very well.
