    While they have a large selection, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Stood there and watched staff walk from one customer to another, look at me, keep going without acknowledging my presence. I left and went to shop local and received MUCH better service.

    Received terrific customer when purchasing a mattress. The salesperson was very patient with my many questions, and wasn't pushing me to spend more money than I wanted to. Thanks Cal!

    Not a single employee to be seen around noon on a weekday. Hung around for ~10 minutes and saw not a single soul. Inexcusable.
