  Stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette. This hotel features spacious rooms along with all the amenities of a traditional hotel. Some downsides are the elevators are really small and made it very difficult to move the luggage of our 4 person young family to the room. Cleaning staff provided no warning prior to entering the room and the complimentary breakfast was lacking. One highlight though was the hot coffee available in the lobby was very good.

  They made me wait in the lobby for 3 hours before my room was ready and then once it was ready and I was in the room the housekeeping staff tried to break into the room with a knife. When questioned they just said they thought nobody was in the room. No explanation was given. Also the shower was stuck halfway between bath and shower with most of the hot water going to the bath spout so if unless you like having a cold shower on your head while boiling your heels off I'd recommend you stay away from this one.

  This apartment hotel locates at a quiet corner of downtown Yellowknife, very accessible to major shopping areas and restaurants. The suite is very clean, cosy and comfortable. Staff are well manner. If you consider to book any suite in this hotel, try to book the suite facing east and on higher floor. On clear morning, scene of sunrise will not be blocked by Tin Can Hill nearby the hotel.

  Nice hotel with kind front desk. However, someone knocked our door try to get in for ‘wifi checking’ without any notice in advance. Kind of ruining our good mood after all.
