  My husband and I have been ordering the same pizza for over a year now, almost every week. Its always a gamble of wondering if our pizza will be what we ordered or not, which sucks since we order pizza when we are too tired to cook. 75 percent of the time at least the pizza is a disaster. We had to bring back the same pizza 3 times in one night once and twice a few other times. The staff are not trained correctly, you have to ask them if they need your information (they never ask for a delivery address) they are also very rude on the phones and in store. A large variety of them appear to be under 15. Im not saying theres a problem with hiring young workers- but there is a problem with hiring children and not teaching them how to do a job correctly. Its not fair to the children who im sure get yelled at alot and its not fair to loyal customers. If this wasnt Yellowknife we would have given up on this domanos long ago but considing how limited our options are we kept giving them chances. We wont be going there ever again after our last experiance when they again sent us a disgusting disaster instead of what we ordered, the manager seemed entirely unconcerned about our long amounts of problems.

  I hope that this chain will be under proper managment sometime soon, because Dominos pizza is one of the best chains when its operation right.

  Me and my wife have ordered from there ever other week for about a year and i think in all the time they have gotten our order right once. One time it was so bad that it was three times we ordered and still it was wrong and i had to drive down and get another. When i confronted there manager mad because for the 80th time my pizza was wrong he just shrugged his sholders and blew us off and said oh you want your money back. The chick who works in front is normally to blame shes so stupid she doesnt even ask us half the information needed. Theres only been one time we actually were given a free pizza but all other times no one was interested in giving us any good customer service. Im so mad that i honestly think we wont ever order from here agian they just really arnt interested in our business is quite clear.

  I asked for a high five and I didn't get one...the pizza sucked and didn't smell right. the staff has no sense of humor.and there was a hidden fees of 2$ with delivery that we couldn't get around. Shame on you Domino's

  They always forget the dipping sauce you over pay for then don't answer then don't answer the phone when you call to rectify the situation. Actually they do pick up, they just hang up right away so they don't need to hear the phone ring.
