    I came in with a broken phone to fix. They sent it off for repair, so far so good. When it came back, the screen was cracked (it hadn't been before). They hadn't taken any photos of the phone before sending for repair, neither had the repair shop, so there was no proof of when it had been damaged. There was "nothing they could do about it", I left with a broken phone.
